By accessing or using the VoiceGPT platform ("Service"), provided by Footprint-AI (信誠金融科技股份有限公司), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoiceGPT provides AI-powered voice agent services including, but not limited to, voice-based conversational AI, speech-to-text transcription, text-to-speech synthesis, and related tools. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

• You may use the Service as a guest (anonymous) or by creating an account.
• If you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Voice & Conversation Data

• By using the Service, you acknowledge that your voice input and conversations may be processed by AI models to provide responses.
• Conversations may be recorded and stored for quality assurance, service improvement, and AI model training purposes, as described in our Privacy & Security Policy.
• You consent to the collection and processing of voice data, transcripts, and related metadata as necessary to deliver and improve the Service.
• You should not share sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health records) during voice conversations unless specifically required by the service flow.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to manipulate, deceive, or exploit the AI agent through prompt injection or social engineering.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by Footprint-AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, but grant Footprint-AI a limited license to process it as necessary to provide and improve the Service, including AI model training.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Responses generated by the AI voice agent are produced by artificial intelligence models and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. The Service does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You should independently verify any important information provided by the AI agent before acting on it.

8. Third-Party Merchant Services

The Service may be embedded within or connected to third-party merchant platforms (e.g., e-commerce websites). Footprint-AI is not responsible for the products, services, or content offered by third-party merchants. Your interactions with merchants through the AI agent are subject to each merchant's own terms and policies.

9. Payment and Billing

• Certain features of the Service may require payment.
• You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid features.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Footprint-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
